WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit cards and Paypal as methods of payment.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We certainly do! Standard international shipping may take up to 10 business days. We ship your order from Montreal, Canada. If you require Express shipping please contact us before completing your order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Orders take 2 to 10 business days to ship as all orders are handmade just for you!

I REALLY WANT A CUSTOM CREATION, HOW CAN I ORDER ONE?

We'd love to bring your vision to life! Email us with your inspiration and details today and the creator will contact you for more information and a custom quote. If you live in the Montreal area, you can even meet with the designer in person!

IS THERE A MINIMUM FOR A CUSTOM ORDER?

An initial fee of 50$ for custom orders includes design and all communications with the designer to create your piece. Total pricing with then align with cost and labour. The initial fee is only charged once for multiple orders of the same custom item (e.g. party favours).

Return Policy

Haus of Gioiella gladly accepts returns and exchanges for our regularly priced collection. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery. 

Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase only, including regular collection and custom or personalized orders. Please contact us immediately if there are any issues with your purchase. 

Final Sale Policy

Due to their nature, items on sale or custom and personalized orders are final sale. They may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only as per our cancellaton policy.

What type of information does Haus of Gioiella Collect? We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. How do you store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information? Haus of Gioiella is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications.
